Is Regen only for athletes?
Not at all. Regen was built with athletes in mind, but it’s designed for anyone looking to support their everyday recovery — whether you train hard, stay active or simply want to look after your body.
Why magnesium citrate and glycinate?
The form of magnesium matters. We chose citrate and glycinate because they’re highly bioavailable forms of magnesium that fit the quality and purpose of our everyday recovery formula.
What is Regen sweetened with?
Regen is sweetened with stevia and contains no added sugar. It has a refreshing lemon-lime flavour designed to be easy to enjoy every day.
Can I take more than one scoop?
Yes. One scoop is our standard everyday serve, but on heavier training days or when you feel like you need some extra support, you can double scoop. Regen is designed to adapt around your training and recovery routine.
